Community Outreach - Help raise funds and organize projects that help the community and help promote multi-family housing. *Meets after the Monthly Breakfast Connections*
Education - Plan and coordinate the Association’s continuing education program including the national designation courses. *Meets twice a year*
Golf - Help plan and coordinate the Association’s golf outing to be held at Canterbury Green Golf Course on July 23, 2020.
Legislative - Expand and enhance the AAFW-NEI Membership’s political awareness and influence by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting local, state and national legislation that impacts the industry. Help educate government officials on the significance of issues as they relate to multi-family housing providers and rental residents. *Meets as Needed*
Marketing & Promotion - Assist the other committees and staff members to plan and promote events, programs, and services of the Association to current members, prospective members and our community. *Meets after the Monthly Breakfast Connection
Special Events - Help organize one of our great membership appreciation events. Events have included - Family Carnival, Fall Rock Fest, Monster Mash and Tailgating Night. *Meets as Needed*
Summit Celebration - Plan and promote Northeast Indiana’s annual awards ceremony honoring dedication to the AAFW-NEI and excellence in the multi-family housing industry. *Meets after the Breakfast Connections*
